Tanzania Safari and Zanzibar Beach Honeymoon
Tarangire/ Ngorongoro / Serengeti / Lake Manyara / Zanzibar
This safari will take you on the ultimate safari experience, a scheduled 4x4 safari exploring Tarangire, Lake Manyara, the Serengeti and Ngorongoro Crater, revealing spectacular wildlife along the way. Then escape for a week to the exotic spice island of Zanzibar.

Day 1
Depart from London Heathrow this evening, (other airports in the UK available) on your flight to Kilimanjaro Airport. |

Day 2 Tarangire FB
Arrive into Kilimanjaro Airport. You will be met and transferred to the Impala Hotel in Arusha. Safari departs at 14h00.
Afternoon drive to Tarangire Park with game viewing on arrival. Overnight at Tarangire Sopa lodge. |

Day 3 Ngorongoro FB
Morning game viewing in Tarangire Park. Unusual landscapes dotted with Baobab trees gives it an almost pre-historic look. It is also one of the best places in Northern Tanzania to see Elephant, especially along the river in the dry season. Lunch and afternoon drive across the Great Rift Valley to Ngorongoro crater. Overnight at Ngorongoro Sopa lodge.

Day 4 Ngorongoro & Serengeti FB
Descend into the crater for a half day game viewing with picnic lunch. The wonderful variety of wildlife and stunning landscape make this one of nature’s most unforgettable spectacles. Ascend the opposite side of the crater and continue to Serengeti National Park. Stop en route to see the Archaeological museum at Olduvai where the fossilised remains of some of man’s oldest ancestors can be seen. Spend the next two nights at Serengeti Sopa lodge. |

Day 5 Serengeti FB
Morning and afternoon game viewing in Serengeti. Look out for Leopard along the riverine forest or marvel at the vast herds of Wildebeest and Zebra out on the plains. While Lion and Cheetah may be spotted lurking around the rocky Kopjes. |

Day 6 - 7 Serengeti & Manyara FB
Morning game viewing in Serengeti with lunch at the lodge. Afternoon drive to Manyara. Spend the next 2 nights at Kirumuru Tented Lodge. The next day game drives in Manyara NP. Look out for the famous tree-climbing Lions as well as Hippo, Flamingo, Elephant and Giraffe.

Day 8 - 13 Zanzibar
Morning drive back to Arusha where the tour ends. Your flight departs from Arusha to Zanzibar. On arrival in Zanzibar transfer to your hotel for 6 nights of beach relaxation time, on a half board basis. A night or day tour to the Stonetown is highly recommended.

Day 14
After breakfast and a morning of relaxation, transfer by road to Zanzibar Airport for your flight to the UK. Return to London Heathrow (onward connections in the UK available).
