Our ground operations in Tanzania put emphasis on personalised service, starting right from the point of contact. On arrival in Tanzania or Zanzibar you will be met and briefed before commencing your travels, on safari we are constantly in touch with the driver-guide or the hotel/lodge you are staying in, just to make sure all is in order. After your safari or stay, all onward travels have been reconfirmed for you.

In Tanzania we find the lowest season to be our busiest time on the ground as this time is spent training and upgrading the skills of our staff, especially the driver-guides and the operations staff. On safari you will find our vehicles to be robust, reliable, comfortable and efficient. Fifteen years later we continue to go over the same maintenance rigour to make sure every nut and bolt is in the right place, using a very high level of staff and modern maintenance facilities. Our large workshop in Arusha ensures a constant update of vehicles, only putting the best on the road. On safari we have relief operations based in the bush as a mobile garage, ensuring the best support throughout your journey. Our performance in the field is legendary, and we think that is what makes the difference.
